I don’t consider myself a “World Traveler” but I have been a lot of places most people haven’t.   I do love to travel Asia and the Philippines specifically.  I am just like anyone else except when it comes to staying in the box “society” has designed for us all. 

It is a craving deep within me to break free from the bonds of  “The American Dream” and live a real, raw, street level life in the Philippines.  

I rebel against the notion that we should all subscribe to the 40/40 plan.  You know 40 hours a week for 40 years only to find that your too old or to sick to enjoy life 

 I have travelled places that most people don’t want or are too scared to go.  Whatever happened to taking chances? 

I don’t want to live this life in the shadows of someone  

Get out and Live Life in the Philippines!

I subscribe to the premise that if you don’t have your own agenda, someone will make one for you.  (Are you living your own life?  Or someone Else’s?) 

As  Andy Dufrain  said to Red in the Shawshank Redemption, “I figure you better get busy living, or get busy dying”
